4Schools

Junior Cycle Success – Gaeilge Ardleibhéal T2 offers unparalleled revision notes for students revising for the Junior Cycle final exam. Each strand is covered in detail – Communicative Competence, Language and Cultural Awareness and Learner’s Self-Awareness. The book includes a 10-page assessment guide with an overview of the CBAs. Within this guide, there are phrases supplied to assist the student in the reflective task (An Tasc Measúnaithe).

The authors have adopted a topic-based approach and the book includes key vocabulary for both the comprehension and composition sections. There are also detailed notes for the various literature genres, with multiple options included for the novel. All the grammar points necessary for success at the Junior Cycle level are itemised and clearly explained.

The fundamental skill for success will be the ability of the student to provide personal responses to questions on the day of the exam and this is addressed head on within this book. Sample SEC-style questions and answers are supplied to help students to become comfortable with the new exam format. As with all books in the Junior Cycle Success series, QR codes are used throughout to provide links to additional online resources.
