TY Portfolio standard (English version)

The Transition Year Portfolio is use to hold exemplars of students work.

It comprises a folder with 10 dividers to facilitate the easy storage of students' work by subject. A standard reflection template is provided as a framework for students’ reflections. This template can be applied to student work across different subjects.
